All services provided by Globix are offered as one-time professional engagements unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, invoice, or checkout description.

We do not operate on recurring billing or subscription models unless clearly disclosed and agreed upon prior to purchase.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All deliverables produced by Globix are created specifically for the client and are original to the best of our knowledge and professional standards.

Upon full payment:

The client obtains complete ownership and usage rights to the final approved deliverables.

Globix does not retain ownership over completed and paid work.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Globix harmless from any legal claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from misuse, unauthorized distribution, or unlawful application of the delivered materials.

3. Plagiarism & Lawful Use

Globix maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and copyright infringement. However, we are not responsible for:

Any legal, academic, or commercial consequences resulting from misuse or misrepresentation of the work

4. Images & Third-Party Materials

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

Globix does not provide copyrighted images or licensed media.

We may recommend royalty-free image sources.

Any licensing fees for paid images remain the responsibility of the client.

5. Revisions

Revisions are limited to what is included in the selected service package and apply strictly to the originally agreed scope of work.

Once a draft, milestone, or deliverable is approved, additional changes may be treated as a new request and may incur additional fees.

6. Refund Policy Reference

All refunds are governed by Globix’s Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is available on our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Globix shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Globix is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or errors caused by external platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, or third-party tools.
